OpExChange Pro operates opexchangepro.com. This policy describes what we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. The only information we collect is what you type into the contact form. We use it to reply to you. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, we do not set our own cookies, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, your company if you choose to give one, and the message you write. We use this only to respond to you and, if we end up working together, to provide the services you ask for.
If you email us directly instead, we hold that email the same way any business holds its correspondence.
Information collected automatically
We do not run analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker.
Our hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to serve the page and protect the site from abuse. That is a normal part of how any website is delivered, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, which is why you are not being asked to accept any. Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site.
Third parties that handle your information
- Web3Forms processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Your form details pass through their service on the way to us, and the notification we receive also records the IP address of the device used to submit the form.
- Cloudflare hosts and secures this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses to provide security and performance.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser requests those font files from Google.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, and for as long as we are required to keep ordinary business records afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@opexchangepro.com and we will act on it. You can also simply email us rather than using the form, which keeps your details out of any third-party form service.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If we ever add analytics or advertising, this policy will say so before it happens.
